We appreciate your recent purchase from Stained Allegiance and want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our return policy. Our commitment is to deliver high-quality products that represent your love for American patriotism.

Return Policy Overview:
Our return policy allows for returns within 5 days of receiving your item, but exclusively for damaged products. For damaged items, we offer a full refund or replacement. Please note that slight variations in handmade items are expected.

For all other reasons, including cancellations due to order delays during peak seasons, a 20% restocking fee will apply. No Exceptions this applies to all orders for any reason except proven damaged items that were damaged in shipping only. This fee covers costs incurred from purchasing materials, printing designs, bank charges, and Shopify fees, all of which are initiated upon order placement.

 

Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unused, with tags and original packaging intact. Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase when initiating a return.

 

Initiating a Return:
To start a return, contact us at Stainedallegiancestaff@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send the package. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon reception and notify us within 2 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include pictures of the damaged items and packaging to expedite the evaluation process.

Exceptions:
Certain items, such as custom products, personal, Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

 

Exchanges:
For a faster exchange process, return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

Refunds:
We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund.
